Playstation
Nintendo 64

I think I have fond memories from every system except the Game Gear and original Xbox which were both redundant purchases in retrospect.

My old man had an Atari well before I came along. Tbh, Idk what Atari it was. But It was kinda big and had those little metal switches on the front.

Got the Nintendo Power Pack Combo deal when I was maybe 7. Fucking Duck Hunt and that Olympic game that you could smash world records with if you played with your hands instead of your feet. I sold my bike at a garage sale (bought another bike at another garage sale, for a lot less) and chipped in halfsies. Great investment.

Bo Jackson Baseball Football Handheld
Sega Genesis. Junior High.
Texas Instruments 85. It was a calculated. But I played the shit outta Snake and Tetris on it.
N64 Junior Year. (Bought because of Golden Eye)
Play Station. Freshman year in college. Burned games like a muhfuggah.
PS2
PS3, it's been sitting in a box for a couple years now.

That's pretty much everything I've owned if you don't count the Nintendo DS (very first one, big and chunky,) Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, GB Color, etc. Never had a PSP.

The gamer in me grew roots with my grandfather's Colecovision. The highlight of hanging out at my grandparents' house would be breaking out the likes of: Donkey Kong Jr., Venture, Zaxxon, Mr. Do!, Mouse Trap and Dig Dug back in '82.

I've got that same system I started with hooked up to my beastly 36" 4:3 tube TV in my family room along with a bunch of my other retro game systems (including my original NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Genesis, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, XBox).
