Bengals finally open at home..... Overall, it's a pretty easy schedule. I think we're going to stink, but probably win at least 6 games by accident. I could easily see us sneaking out 9 wins, getting the 6 seed, losing the WC game and giving Marvin an extension.

Sun., Sept. 10: BALTIMORE, 1 p.m.

Thurs., Sept. 14: HOUSTON, 8:25 p.m. (NFL Network)

this has the making of a key injury that we can blame our failures on. watch for either green or dalton to get injured mid season.

It's a pretty damn easy schedule..... Pittsburgh will beat us twice. Playing in Green Bay will suck. But other than those 3 games, is there really anything scary on the schedule? Bunch of crap teams coming to PBS and the road games are against teams that still have significant issues. If we were as good as we were 2 years ago (we're not), this would be a 12-4 type schedule.

I wouldn't be shocked to see this turn into a 2009 type of season.... A very flawed team, finishes 9-7 winning a messed up AFC-N (maybe Pitt has fluky injuries to Ben and Bell)..... First round flame out.

Much lighter than last year that's for sure. Already chalk up 1 loss already to the Texans because we can't never beat the Texans.

Sweep the Ravens, beat Pittsburgh at Heinz and lose at home because that's how it always scripted. Split against the Browns too. Overall I see a 9-7 or 10-6.

I'd have to do some more research, but I'm not that optimistic about the outcome of the season.

They'll lose games they should win. Then win a couple they should lose. Still haven't picked out which game will be our annual tie.

They'll likely back into a 9-7 playoff birth, get waxed in the Wildcard round, then sign Marvin to a 3 year extension

Oh and Burfict and Eifert will walk in FA, they'll sign Kevin Huber to an extension, and Hobs will claim they signed they're own. Comp picks for everyone.

For a team like the Bengals, a 3rd place schedule could back them into a playoff spot. Competition will be less, and despite a crappy season last year, it's not like they were blown out of the stadium in most games. Just stupid mistakes that against other crappy teams can be overcome. Against better competition, not so much.

9-7.

in what week will Dalton injure his thumb making a tackle?

in what week will Green aggravate his turf toe?

will the offensive line function at all?

I've never been so down about a new season.
