The top backs coming out are going to be in a better position to get consistent carries than a lot of veteran committee guys.

And I already have a lot of veteran committee guys. For a price I'll add another. But it comes with a price.
Well I was working on a deal for that #4, but until the guys I'm thinking of offering have homes, there's no hope.. maybe not then either

You need to let go, sir. Denver, Colorado is eating you alive. :pound::pound::pound:
Oh no no no no... for more than a decade of living here I've had to suffer as my Raiders wallowed in mediocrity, or worse. But now? As Denver flounders without a QB or a line, and a defense built for the super bowl but just keeps getting older, and my Raiders finally hands down better than then.. it's just getting started baby

AP would get you a lot better return from someone else. My bias against him runs verrrrrry deep. And in turn my hopes for him are the opposite of what most football fan have.

If things go one possible way, you'll definitely be getting an offer of Mixon for something.

@TREFF I might be interested in AP for Miller but would need a little something extra for that to happen. And when I say a little something I mean a big to medium something

Well, if you would like to have AP, my ears are open. But I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an offer on Miller, who I have always disliked and after giving the benefit of the doubt last year, dislike even more now.

Oh I'm sure whomever gets Mixon, I have no doubts he won't be there when I pick, I won't be getting him. Using a draft pick is one thing, trading for him is another, and I doubt I'm willing tho gamble that much. Part of the reason I haven't tried to trade back up in the draft

If both our draft, and the NFL draft go according to my own personal mocks.. that 4th pick will be used on the guy Denver drafts tho kick CJ to the curb
u can say that about every team, denver has bigger needs

Can't wait for our draft.. seems most owners are trying to move up in the 1st!! Can't blame anyone.. deep talented draft class.
I traded out of the first lol. I wish I still had a pick but I was happy to land Hyde to pair with Freeman. I was worried about my RB2 spot. Now with Lacy in Seattle my RBs seem to have taken shape.

it's chatter
Ok well, what are their needs? Tackle, tackle, guard, DT, and RB and slot. QB is technically a need, but withPaxton Lynch they aren't doing anything but a veteran there.

There are about 2 tackles that grade out as 1sts, both likely gone by #20, same story with guard. So they either go elsewhere, or they reach.
Leaving RB, slot and DT, 50/50 there as there is likely to be options for all 3 there, but only one guy in the entire draft can work in 2 of those holes.

So yes, it's chatter, but its chatter from Elway's inner circle, which also has sane, logical, rational reasoning behind it

Here's what isn't chatter. Every NFL team is limited to 30 visits with prospects, Bronoc already have used 6 of those visiting RBs. Think they are just window shopping?
We'll find out in less then 5 weeks from now.

I dont think there is any doubt the look at RB. Its one of the deepest positions in the draft so the odds are that they take one.
