Are you trying to say Mixon is going to start out beating women and will graduate to murder, like OJ?
Only a truly special person uses OJ as part of their defense
You do realize it was Molitor's attorneys who were fighting to keep the video sealed right? Mixon ain't undraftable. I guarantee you he'll get drafted when he enters the draft.
Guys with 1st round talent that got in trouble years before coming into the league are going to get an opportunity. And frankly anyone that thinks they shouldn't is just not being fair. Guys have played in the league that have gotten 2nd and 3rd chances for stuff like this. It's ridiculous to think he won't get a chance, anything else would be restraint of trade. If he doesn't get a chance it's just because the NFL and it's political correctness bullshit.
You do realize they were fighting to keep the video sealed because it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what would happen IF it were released. Outrage against Mixon, Stoops and the OU officials who got to watch the video and allowed him to stay at OU.
It is why you have seen statements released from the university apologizing, Stoops admitting he should have done more and Mixon finally taking responsibility for it all. Why? Because the video was made public and ONLY NOW are they taking responsibility and trying to save face.
If MIxon had an ounce of remorse or regret -- he could have said exactly that after it happened or last year when he talked with the national media. He is sorry now because he wants to play in the NFL, period.
Guess who would get less money in a civil suit if Mixon isn't drafted? Or isn't taken til the 6th or 7th round? Catching on yet why she wouldn't want the video released?
There are so many inaccuracies in this post right here it's astonishing. You continue to post without having any clue about facts. I'm done with you. Piss off.
It is just entertaining to me to hear OU fans talk as if Stoops, Mixon and OU are all extremely sorry at the same time and take full responsibility NOW.
It is blatantly obvious why they are all really sorry now, yet OU fans can't grasp that fact.
You didn't read what I said about it obviously.
Good job on that.
For what it's worth, you're not the only one saying he won't get drafted ---You do realize they were fighting to keep the video sealed because it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what would happen IF it were released. Draft Insider Tony Pauline reports "general managers around the league have told those close to (Oklahoma junior RB Joe) Mixon he won’t get drafted" if he declares for the 2017 NFL Draft.
For what it's worth, you're not the only one saying he won't get drafted ---
Joe Mixon - Oklahoma Sooners - 2016 Player Profile - Rotoworld.com
It would be perfectly fair and a good look for the NFL. He has a long way to go before he's even remotely proven to give a damn and be worth drafting. That'd be funny as hell if he went undrafted.
Fuck off.
Mixon will get drafted and if he doesn't I'll ban myself from the boards for a year.
Anyone take me up on that bet must also ban themselves for a year if he does. Any of you shit talkers got the balls?
You're a Bruce Jenner no balls having no.Is that a no or a I'm a Bruce Jenner no balls having no?
