Not certain Jerry Jones, team owner, gm, hc, dc, oc, team physician and water boy wont tell his team to lay down and be pile drived by the Lions. We make playoffs and win his team will be facing ours again... doubt he really wants that for numerous reasons... one being he fears the red machine. Played them tuff both games and we wont be an easy put out. Plus we take out the Cowboys 100% of the time in the post season. Its what we do.

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said the starters will play a full complement of snaps Monday night against the Lions.

"We like the rhythm of our offense and how Dak [Prescott] is playing," Garrett said. This is not a surprise considering the Cowboys have consistently said they will not rest their starters, but it is still comforting to fantasy owners relying on a Cowboy to bring home the title. Ezekiel Elliott, Dak Prescott, and Dez Bryant can be safely left in fantasy lineups tonight.

Dallas might start the game with their starters. But I dont think they are overly concerned with winning this one.

The last time these Cowboys rested their players early (13-3) under Wade Phillips, they made a quick exist from the PO's. Week 17 may be different. They have a rhythm and they want to keep that rhythm. Also they have two rookies looking to make some new records. Now I may be jumping the gun to soon here. Detroit could beat these Boys but I doubt it. I am a little bit more concern about our Skins vs the the G man, that's were the problem is. Dallas has helped us before and what did we do.

It is game 15 and they will get a bye week. The rookies need a rhythm, particularly Dak. They win going away tonight.

They shouldve taken care of Carolina so this game tonight would be meaningless for DC.

That Panther game still makes me :L and :drink:

Taken care of Carolina? Shit. The Caroloina and Pittsburgh games are the two most legit losses the Skins had this year. Far as Games the Skins let get away or fucked off. Both Dallas games, especially the 1st one. The Det game, the Cincy game and even the Ari game are games that are much deserving of going in the should've taken care of section. Score-wise it doesn't seem so, but Carolina pretty much ass paddled the Skins.

OK... so now for all intents... its on us. Win and we are in. Cause I dont get the feeling the Packers/Lions game is going to be played for a tie.

And condolences to all you Skins fans who knew the Skins needed a Dallas victory to have any postseason hope left. But you coiuldn't do it due to your delicate nature. Cuz it would've made you feel icky and overflow your vagina with wet sand.

The games against Detroit and Cincinnati have stuck in my craw since that 1:05 TD drive and Hopkin's missed field goal.

The bandaid has been ripped off and now we can go back and root for the Cowboys to implode. Win and we're in. The only problem is that will be going in with a spotty defense. A team like Atlanta (whom I don't want to face in first round) could roll all over us. Regardless,,, you can't do anything watching on TV,,, gotta be playing.

That was my point. Playing a team with nothing to play for at home when the skins had everything to play for and getting ass paddled was the game all season I was most disappointed with. Sure there were other ones but for me it was Carolina

The Cowboys were obviously terrified of playing to win last night...

Yeah, I hear ya, homey. Even though they clearly showed themselves to be the superior team that night. It wasn't like the Skins were blown out against Carolina. A play by the offense here or a stop/turnover by the defense there and who knows. I was disappoionted as well in the lacluster way they played against the Panthers. I didn't get mad though, not really. Its the first Dallas game and the Cincy game for me moreso than any other games. The Dallas game because of all the plays that were there, like the pass to Dotson. If KC throws that earlier or just where Dotson doesn't have to stop and wait on the ball spo long. And Cincy game was like someone was just playing with my emotionsThe missed FG was bad enough, but when the defe4nse got the ball back. I just knew the Skins were gonna pull that one out, but.............

If someone would've came to me before the start of the season and said. The Skins are going to have back to back winning seasons for the first time since the 1996 and 1997 seasons or 19 years ago, and they will regardless what happens next Sunday. As well as said and will make the playoffs for the 2nd year in a row if they win their last game of the regular season. I would've been hyped. But seeing how its played out and all the opportunties we've let slip away time after time. I'm not near as happy as I would've been back then.had the offer actually been made.

Then throw in how out and out shitty the defense has been when it comes to getting off the field on 3rd down, the shitty tackling and how passive we can be defensively. The red-zone issues, FG kicking going south at the v ery worst time possible against Cincy. And to top it off, possibly being no closer to having a long term answer at the QB spot.

Its like being a 10 year old kid and waiting for 4 months for Christmas to get a GI Joe with the eagle eye and the kung grip. Christmas comes, you get it and its all good. You go to sleep that night, wake up the next morning to find the family dog has chewed the kung fu grip all to hell and bit the eagle eye right outta Joe's head.
