So if Edelman plays QB even for just a little bit, does he get QB eligibility?

Do you really want him too?

I don't care about a WR having QB eligibility. A QB with WR eligibility is really something though.

Nah, I'm just curious as to how it works, say compared to baseball where a player needs a certain amount of games played to gain eligibility. Or would that be up to whomever runs the league?

I believe it depends on how ESPN designates a players eligibility - he would have to have a 'QB' by his name. Years past there were only a few with duel designations - McCluster comes to mind with a 'WR, RB' designation. ....

Okay I will kick us off this week:

Bandit over Milk (I think my two Atlanta running backs both score double digits this week)

Fuzzy over Treff (much closer than ESPN thinks though. Treff traded for Jeremy Hill and Gio Bernard and is currently sitting both of them in favor of Dwayne Washington who would have ever thought that could happen. I think Charles Sims actually is the difference maker in this one) Also, everybody better watch out, because Fuzzy's team is about to get a lot better once Eifert, Dixon, and Brady are back.

Tlance over Lefty (I think this one will be the closest game. Both guys have their backup quarterbacks starting and I actually think the Dolphins D will be the difference as that was a nice pickup Tlance)

TKO over Joe (Joe has 4 Chargers in his lineup. That can't be good.)

Face over Steelers (In a rematch of the B league championship, Face exacts his revenge with brand new running backs this week, plus I think Ben makes it a point to get Antonio Brown the ball this week after a rare stinker in the rain last week)

Ram over Chef (Just like Rams matchups slightly better than Chefs. Gronk returning would mean a lot more if he didn't have Jacoby Brissette throwing him the ball. Bring on Edelman!!)

Milk over Bandit.... ODB has to blow up soon.
Chef over Ram.... so close, Gronk makes the difference and don't like Ram's backs this week.
Fuzzy over Treff.... Fuzzy's trio bails him out this time.
Face over SP.... DJ sits out the 4th when the Cards hammer the Bills 47-10.
Tlance over Lefty.... Ingy busts out more than Gurley.
Joe over TKO.... I WILL make the wrong choice at TE this week (narrowed down to three)

Totally forgot to make my picks last week... But considering how my team did last week I would have likely not done so well...

THis week

Milk over bandit- always wanted to be a milk bandit

Fuzzy over treff- Treff's team looks a little weird this week due to injuries, and typical treffness

Joe over TKO- Melvin is becoming the NeW thing,

Tlance over Lefty- I pretty much like Lefties whole team better except the QB... Not a Carr fan this week...

Steelers over Face- Steelers is my favorite team this week... should be the week high scorer
Ram over chef- I expect a tie in this matchup, or at least very close... Probably 101.2- 101.1...

last week was basically a washout, due to the schedule being changed after everyone made their picks. I think only two people adjusted their picks, so, no worries.

agreed though, my team does look a but weird, but with some of the matchups, coupled with injuries, I'm playing some hunches, sometimes my hunches blow up in my face, other times, they don't

Yea, ya know, I can't for the life of me figure out why ESPN has such a hard on for Rashard Jennings..questionable, projected at 11+, has scored 11.8 combined in 2 weeks. .where is that one coming from? they might be playing Washington, but, that doesn't change him from still being Rashard Jennings

no worries though, once Cincy takes it's licks from the Denver D, Hill or Gio, or both, well be in the lineup, somewhere, every week

Ahh... hunches. Can't listen, can't turn away. My gut says if Seattle want to score points, they will begin to keep their best playmaker on the field. If Kearse is such a good blocker, give him #75 and stick him on the line. (I realize the irony here, as it was I who drafted Kearse in the 7th a few years back) ...Wake up Seattle! Hopefully, Lockett's catch at the end of the game made you realize you could be doing that more often.

....but Crabtree will get the start, even though I think Tennessee do a good job of "dumbing down their opponent" and this is a low scoring game.

Yup; I'll be cursing myself Sunday night.... speaking of Sunday night... any interest in Langford out there? Like to pair him with Fitz or Green for something....

TKO meant to comment at your trade, but didn't...

At this point I like Foster more than Langford...

Whenever Wilson starts to show me something greater than Carr - he'll be back in there. .... not gonna start him until some real positive feedback comes about on the ankle. .....

Tlance picks:

Tlance over Lefty: this will be close, but I love my matchups this week
Fuzzy over Treff: Fuzz gets off the Schnide and Treff comes back to earth
Joe over TKO: Brees at home against ATL might just be enough for the APless TKO
Bandit over Milk: too many minor injuries for Milk this week
SP over Face: Brown and Ben make it interesting, but Ryan blows up against the Saints
Chef over Ram: BUT, only if Gronk suits up. If Gronk sits, I am picking Ram

Okay, that's two guys showing an awful lot of confidence in Jacoby Brissett to get the ball to a guy that hasn't played yet and is going to be limited on snaps. Not to mention that his average pass was thrown 1 yard down field when he got on the field in relief last week. Look I could be completely wrong and yes it is Bill Belichick, but they have a new quarterback on a short week (he had three whole days to take snaps with the first team) and Gronk is limited, if they pull this one out it truly will be one for the ages. I heard a stat today that Belichick is 5-0 in his coaching career with quarterbacks starting their 1st games. That is freaking amazing. If he moves it to 6-0, he's right up there with Tlance in his wizardry.
