What Comic Series, If Any, Are You Currently Reading?

Yeah, gotta admit how they did Superman dirty has really scared me off of Rebirth.

Do I need to get the New 52 Batman's or is it like Supes where it's so blown up that you wouldn't recognize it anyway?

Get the New 52 Batman issues, trust me. The first 12 are amazing.

This is my entire feelings on reading anything by Marvel or DC.

They reboot too often, and canon gets totally confusing, even to the most die-hard readers.

It's why I buy trade paperbacks.

I can't pay for each issue and try to guess what the hell they're doing.

Plus I can sit back and get stories all at once.

I've never really read comics before but my gf wants me to branch out so I'm starting up a noir comic called "Fade Out" and a more traditional scifi space opera called "Descender" and I'll probably read the comic my gf is reading when she is done called "Paper Girls" which I know nothing about.

The Marvel and DC stuff all looks pretty intimidating. It screams 'we've run out of ideas' but I bet there is some awesome stuff out there.

I haven't picked up Preacher, but if the show gets really good, I may give it a try.

TWD was getting a bit dull, but this last issue was OMG good.

I have read a few issues of Invincible, but it hasn't really grabbed me.

Just finished Preacher Volume 2: 4.5/5 stars. It has great character development, and a bad ass villain. Definitely improved upon the first volume. I picked up Scott Snyder's Batman: The Black Mirror from the library. I love Scott Snyder's work with Batman so I'm really excited. Will give a rating soon.

Nothing like it. It's more dark, almost with a horror/sci fi vibe. There are 6 volumes of it, it's written by Joe Hill(Stephen King's son). It's pretty badass man, and it's finished if you want to sink your teeth in.

P.S. I am a huge fan of Y: The Last Man too.
