I don't recall Michael Jordan ever shitting his pants in the playoffs. He responded well under pressure unlike Curry.

Are you in some dimension where anyone thinks Curry is better than Jordan?

The heat were not a 72 win team, and hadn't made it out of the 1st round playoffs in 4 years...It would have been equivalent to lebron joining the spurs after getting beatdown by the spurs in 2014

What is wrong with burning jerseys, should they have done the wave and cheered that he left? They aren't cucks

So it is fine to recruit 3 of the top guys and all go to one team, as long as that team wasn't great the year before without them. But if a team was great and have drafted so well, they can afford to bring in a top FA like Durant to add to the core -- it is pathetic?

Interesting. Reality is -- fans of Cleveland and/or Miami are two who shouldn't be saying a word. As LeBron has done the exact same thing in both places.

Those folks are dumb then. Obviously winning a ring was the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reason he went to GS. And isn't winning the point?
he got nervous and scared he couldnt do it on his own as the best player on his team.

I think after he lost that lead to golden state 3-1 it kind of broke him inside and let the fear take over. This isnt LeBron leaving Mo Williams and an ancient Antwan Jamison as his best players. This is Durant pooping himself because he feels that he will be the next Malone after he choked away a 3-1 series lead and was the 2nd best player on his team for that series.

LeBron got scared too when he left for Miami that he would never win- but LeBron did not hae another top 5 player and a very very strong roster around him.

Durant gives them scoring inside 20 feet. He is great from midrange and slashing to the hoop.

You don't need post scoring in today's NBA. That has been proven. When you have great shooters like GS does though, it is much easier for your guards to get to the rim.

You see soft player to a soft team, I see elite player to arguably the most talented team in the league. This deal makes them completely unguardable.

Durant has had a ball handling slasher at his side in OKC, Draymond is the closest thing he'll have now.

Imo GS lacks physicality, defensive stoppers and interior presence. Durant adds nothing to any of those.

Overkill on shooting ability doesn't increase the odds of winning it all, to me. But it does limit the minutes and advantage bench guys like AI and Livingston brought.

Of course he is. He's still salty that KD exposed him as the emperor of bullshit that he is. SAS loudly claimed that he heard from people close to Durant that "the Lakers were KD's top choice". KD refuted that and Smith lost his shit, threatening KD on live TV like he was fucking Michael Corleone. Then it comes to pass that LA doesn't even get a meeting, further showing that Smith just made it all up. Which is what he does, he makes shit up to further promote himself. So now Smith is going to use any excuse whatsoever to shit on KD. He'll build a whole promotion around himself to rag on KD. I saw the SC piece where he shit on KD, Broussard said he was hating on him, and SAS immediately denied he did even though he just went on a 2 minute diatribe spewing bullshit on KD. That's Stephen A Smith in a nutshell. He is the living embodiment of the poop emoji

What makes you think SAS was lying? How do you know what people close to Durant told him? Durant cant control everybody in his circle.

I had a conversation with Derozan's brother. He told me without a doubt that Derozan was coming to the Lakers. Guess what, did Derozan and tge Lakers even meet before he resigned with the Raptors? Now, if I was a reported and leaked that news out, then Derozan called me a liar, I would be pissed too.

Stephen A is one of the most trusted reporters out there because he have personal relationships with plenty of players, coaches, and executives. People hate on is credibility because they hate him as a person because he "screams"

Exactly. The Warriors deserve credit for planning for this and making the moves to make it a reality. They gave Durant an opportunity he couldn't pass up.

Lets be honest... OKC choked that series away.

Well, Warriors are capable of going on crazy spurts with there 3 point shooters... They just got RED hot especially in game 6... Thompson was out of his mind..

If you don't know whether Westbrook will be back, you go to the best landing spot available to you.
