If Wallace can be taught to catch better than why hasn't he learned it after 7+ years in the league? He improved from his rookie year but hit a ceiling in Pittsburgh and I kept waiting for Wallace to push thru that ceiling. He never did and the Steelers chose Antonio Brown over him and time has shown how wise that move was. The Steeler FO saw both WRs in practice everyday and let Wallace walk in FA. I think that says it all about Wallace improving at this stage of his career. If he's wide open on a deep/post route, he'll catch the ball most times. Any other route and he'll drop it a lot of times, if he even gets open in the first place.

Wallace throwing his QBs under the bus instead of saying I need to get better and look forward to the opportunity to improve my game in Baltimore says all you need to know about Wallace's work ethic.

I'll bet he catches more passes than Martavis Bryant does this yr....

Not sure I see the point of this. Do they really not trust Perriman to do much of anything next season? Mike Wallace just isn't a very good WR anymore.

He is a perfect receiver for a quarterback with a strong arm and Flacco fits that mold. Chuck it deep and hope he catches it.

A one trick, one time wonder, pony isn't a perfect fit for anyone. I am really not buying it at all. Any reasonably fast WR can do pretty much the same thing that Wallace does at this stage of his career- Perriman included.
