Most of us are past analyzing the Vikings game. I know the last play was lucky and Seattle did nothing right then to proactively win the game. They required an epic choke. It was lucky. I mean, seriously? How do Seattle fans not get that?

wasn't a great season but a ok season. 10-6 and losing in the 2nd rd after back to back super bowls. team took a decline. Yes I know they are better then my team but just being real.

Lynch was out most of the season and we also lost Graham and Rawls. We were still one of the hottest teams in the second half of the season. Hawks did great this year considering the early season chemistry issues. Wilson was straight up nails in Nov and Dec. Showed he can put it on his back and he really delivered on that.
Pete Carroll again proves he's one of the best.

Funny, we have heard people come out of the woodwork over this entire run telling us what this team can't and won't do. Hell, we were positively rude! for daring to suggest we could beat the mighty Broncos and their future HOF QB since we were just upstart nobodies. Last year it was no team goes back to the SB. It doesn't happen. It won't happen. Can't do it. Window is closed. One and done. Only that didn't come true either. Then it was you won't even make the playoffs and a slew of other things that didn't come true.

I didn't think they would reach the SB this year and said it early on, but not for the nonsense like this idiot above spews, but at least partially because of the parity in the league and the amount of luck it takes to keep it going.

I fully expected the 'I told you so' BS and I am laughing at every one of them. They were nothing more than the same people saying the same things they said for the last 3 years. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Congrats on that.

Seahawks just didn't have the heart or determination in this game. Panthers just had to sit back and play Prevent a whole half of football and it worked. THe better team won.

It's not crap. I think there was like a less than 1% statistical chance of that happening. Pretty much the definition of "lucky". I mean...we all saw the game.

Was it luck that the Vikings only averaged a mere 2 yards per carry with one of the best runningbacks in the NFL?
Was it luck that the Vikings couldn't get into the endzone in 4 quarters?
Was it luck that the Vikings averaged a paltry 3.5 yards per play?
Was it luck that the Seahawks managed to put together a 4th quarter comeback to win the game down 2 scores?
Was it luck that a 4th string runningback who had been let go by the Seahawks, Redskins and Cowboys all in the span of 4 months out rushed the NFL's leading rusher?

If the Vikings actually outplayed the Seahawks, they would've won.

And can you tell me what Philly's defense was ranked in 2013 and 2014? (28th and 29th)

Are you really going to use a single game sample size to compare Seattle to Chips Eagles? A game where obviously running was out of the question early?

You can act like time of possession doesnt matter, but you will learn soon enough that it does. And it has everything to do with why they were such a bad defensive team.

Go ask Eagles fans if you dont believe me. That scheme will let you beat up on weak teams if you have lots of speed on offense. But it will NEVER go through the gauntlet of an NFL postseason of top tier defenses and QBs and come out on top.
