I couldn't help but make the joke but in all serious you hate to see anyone get hurt. I have a nephew who is redshirting this year because his leg was broken and he had to have a rod inserted. I told him "the good news is if you break it next year you just have to go to sideline and have it bent back." You have to have a little gallows humor when it comes to injuries in football or you won't play. I know I have the knees to prove it. I am not far from needing a knee replacement.

Possibly, Rodgers missed 8 games with a broken collar bone. I try to be a glass half full person, but it's hard to be that at the moment. I'll wait for official word later.

Reading your post Manster made me think back to the strike year when they beat Dallas with a full roster of replacement players and dallas had a few regulars. Crazy shit!
A win is a win but it's a bit sweeter if 9 & 88 are in the lineup.
