Of what? It's a pretty vague statement. Of tampering with the balls? Very possible. To an illegal limit? There's no proof there and there's certainly no proof he specifically told them to do anything illegal. I personally don't think so.

If you want to say that Brady was generally aware of some tampering but the rest of the report was total horses*it to give Goodell some ammo to come down hard on the Patriots and look the tough guy I could agree to that. :)

Yeah that's about $25,000 fines worth of transgressions.
You have to be dense if they didn't have a pretty good idea about what brady knew to take this to this level. Why go after your superstar like they did? It simply doesn't make sense..

You actually have rights as an employee too but it's very hard to do.

Yeah, and Brady wasn't punished until Roger Goodell felt he had enough proof that Brady was heavily involved. Like I said, I have supported Brady all this time, and really still couldn't care less if he is innocent or not. I think the rule over the football's air pressure is stupid. But, it is still a rule and Goodell felt he was guilty of breaking it.

But he does, he really, really does. That's the whole point of this.. You can't make up sh*t, deny people the right to defend themselves and then make a judgment that needs to be a certain way for your reputation.

That's why a Federal Judge, ridiculed and shredded the NFL's case.

Brady's reputation took a bigger hit because he fought. If he just took the "unfair" penalty, like most employees do, it really wouldn't have been talked about right now, and especially wouldn't be talked about in October when he starts again. It's not like the punishment cost NE the playoffs.

Like I said, I really don't care if Brady was innocent or not. Goodell felt he had enough proof that Brady broke the rules and acted as a boss and punished Brady for it.

First of all, you don't know shit about me so cutnthe crap.

Second. Just look at baseball. Tampering with game balls or bats was susoendible for multiple games for decades before PEDs. So to say they're not on the same level when they'd still be more important than PEDs if not for congressional intervention should tell you a lot. Instead a guy with no clue about sports totally missed that and thus ended up with a poor, incorrect result.
So you think the judge should have been a sports fan? Maybe even a Jets fan like much of the NFL front office?

Just poking a stick there. It is my "belief" Brady did know 100% what was happening, did he flat out tell them to deflate after the balls were provided to the refs? that cant be answered by anyone other than Brady and John Jastremski. I don't think Brady and McNally text'd each other, he was the deflater with Jastremski being te middle man. To me the texts between Jastremski and McNally clearly show thew were secretly tampering after the ball were provided and the texts between Brady and Jastremski shows he needed equipment as payment. I will grant there is plenty of plausible deniability for Tom to say he's clean especially with the "Destroyed" cell phone. Just my belief but I'd bet the smoking gun was on that phone. Now even if the phone was handed over and it contained proof the four games was too much, yes I will admit I got a chuckle out of it but I had this stance from the beginning.

Let this case be a warning to all, don't text criminal activity to each other, it will hand you in the end.

the refs pumped them to 16 psi

thats a fucking beach ball

id have been pissed too if i was brady

One thing I'll never understand, why do the refs have to inflate or deflate any ball if they are provided with that are within legal range?

The refs were probably getting sick and tired of checking bradys balls so they purposely over inflated them to give him a FU! Brady like the bitch that he is went overboard and told his guys just fix them after the whistle. This has obviously been an ongoing battle for years....

Good question. One that will never be answered. Why would the refs pump up the Pats footballs to 18 psi before the jets game? I think Mike Kensil was behind it. Just like those who think Brady was guilty, I can't prove it but my mind was made up a long time ago.....

How much would TMZ pay for a pic of Giselle, naked, doing things?
That is a good reason for Brady to have his phone destroyed
