well, technically he left it open that he DID "cheat" (use that term loosely if youre smart)

the evidence was there...judge basically acknowledged that. they absolutely butchered it tho, and thats what the judges ruling is more or less about.

this wasnt about if he did it or not, it was about a fair trial, discovery, the ridiculous comparison to PEDs, and an attempt to besmirch someones character based on past transgressions.

My point is that Berman was neutral on this issue--it was not a part of the decision whether or not the process was "fair." And, in early meetings before the decision, Berman pointed out that there was NO EVIDENCE that Brady was involved in deflating footballs and actually asked the NFL what evidence they had.
