I think we are good. The only times the entire draft you took someone I was thinking about was when you jumped me in the 4th round for Hilton and the #1 pick with Luck.

Shady. .come on my man, just take a breath, relax. .There's still 12 days before the first game, everyone will get there picks in, we'll be just fine. No need to get on anyone about work (which is vastly more important than any hobby), or sleep (same thing), just let things happen, we'll get there, and we'll all be happier when we do.

Been in your shoes, many many times, I've fought and scratched and clawed, argued and been pissed at everyone, none ever ended well. It's always better to just go with it than to paddle upstream. I know it sucks and you want everything to go quickly, but sometimes that's just not in the cards and we, as commissioners can't expect everyone to do everything the way we want them to, all the time. It'd be great if they would, but that's not realistic.
Relax, work with everyone, be firm but understanding, the league will be better.

I'm relaxed. The thing is we have this rule because people were complaining about the speed of the draft. If you remember back to when I was forming the league I was going to go with a 4-5 hour clock. But I scrapped the clock all draft until 1 day ago. When people started slowing down and I got more complaints so I met in the middle and put up the 8 hour clock. If a guys been away for any reason he's given me his picks no questions asked. Harold did it and I even held off on using them so he could get his picks in on his own. Rob has done it multiple times now when he was away for two full days. Don has done it multiple times as well. You and Chef are the only ones making waves. I really don't know why i'm shocked to be honest. I honestly didn't expect any issues especially from anyone on the hoop. You have been disrespectful towards a guy I have been in a league with for 10 plus years in Don. You got into it with Rob to the point I had to talk him out of quitting the league. You seem like you want to challenge me at every turn. Honestly this isn't the place for any of this conversation to be had. If I ask a league member to do something for me. I would appreciate it if I didn't have another league member challenging my authority as the commissioner. We don't even know if it's even going to be a issue. The only issue is his more or less possible refusal to follow the rules everyone else has followed all draft. Something that should be handled between myself and Chef not the entire league. Hopefully that doesn't come off to harsh. But a little more compliance would be extremely helpful. I don't need 10 wild fires to put out all the time. One or two would do just fine :P.
