And now a possible addition of Tebow? Wtf? A stable of QBs and RBs? Chip is indeed a curious fellow.
After we trade one of the best young, healthy, proven QBs in the NFL, and his double ACL reconstruct replacement steps to the mike and says in so many words.. "well, I don't know when I'll be ready.. we have to discuss the timetable for that..", I don't laugh, I vomit.Every time I log in and see the thread title it makes me laugh. Quite an overreaction.

Yeah and then there is that!y
you forgot to mention the 12m salary that came with it.
Yeah and then there is that!
Wait til you see what Foles ends up costing STL this year before you think too much of Bradford's NFL average salary. Foles is due for a big raise.
What many are not getting here is it has nothing to do with "WHAT IF BRADFORD STAYS HEALTHY" or "WHAT IF BRADFORD BECOMES A STAR" a trade is based on what both parties agree upon based on output, upside, past etc....There is no way Sam Bradford, with back to back years with ACL tears, and a mediocre at best NFL career was worth Nick Foles a young, up and coming QB with good knees based on everything I just pointed out....then on top of it a 2nd rd pick, the Rams robbed us on this day.....could we end up making out in the long run, sure we could, but on that day, we grossly overpaid for Sam Bradfords services.

Several years ago, there were two NFL free agent quarterbacks making the rounds in Dante Culpepper and Drew Brees. Miami was a little scared of Brees's injury history and balked and ultimately signed Culpepper.
Frankly, both guys were worth a look see. One was a bust and the other a HOFer. You take a shot when you see a talented guy hit the market.
And only a couple of years ago, another injury risk player named Peyton Manning hit the market. I think Denver is glad they signed him even if they haven't won a Super Bowl with him.
EXACTLY! Now that would have made much more sense.Given Sam Bradford's injury history, it would've been a much more fair trade if the conditional pick was getting our 2nd rounder back if Bradford got hurt again.
His shoulder is shot....had Surgery never regained the strength....he can't throw it anymore. And now they are rumored to be getting rid of Barkley who was a numbers guy dream pick. He had the 40+ career starts, all the measureables, top notch competition. By the numbers even better than Kevin Kolb.
So why did he last until the 4th round? Because football guys didn't want to touch him early. They ask themselves more gut level questions? Is the player good at football? Is he passionate for the game? What does the tape say? What does their college coach say?
Arguably Nate Allen is a great numbers guy. But was he a football player? How about Carey Williams? Did he love football? Or Sconces? How about DJAX? Or did he only love being a football player AFTER the game with his homeys and ladies?
All these guys chosen by a numbers guy and shown out the door by a football guy.

While I agree with your notion.. consider 2 other factors...
Bradford was utilized to help get us a RB from DAL
Foles didn't want to be in PHI anymore, and I'm sure Chip knew this.
And while Foles has potential, he can't move for chit, and makes some very curious decisions (like changing hands and passing with his opposite arm) and looks very scared out there at times. I'm sure Chip has gotten to evaluate Foles and the fact they kept Sanchez and trade Foles, says something about which one is truly motivated to succeed here.
I'm not saying Chip isn't doing some curious things, but I think you have to at least factor these things in as well.
