That PI non call in the back of the end zone is looming large now.... As bad as our D played today we really could a won this game...
Man, this is just a mediocre football team.
Oh well. The Chiefs are a half decent team so I didn't expect to beat them anyways. It'll be a miracle if this team see's 9 wins this year.
That Harvin deal is going to set this team back for a couple of years. We're desperate at too many positions to fill in one offseason and we do a horrid job of filling those slots to begin with.
Why in the hell did yall get rid of Harvin & Tate?
I think 9 is about expected at this point. Likely they will split with Arizona and SF. Probably going to beat St. Louis at home and right now I'm sure they'll find a way to lose against Philly on the road. That's 9-7.
In the fourth quarter they had the ball inside the red zone and didn't score and then had the ball inside the 50 and couldn't score. Getting real sick of these empty shotgun sets and throwing on third and 2 and inside the 5 all the time.

Offering Tate mediocre money was the worst move of the offseason. He's now a top WR in the NFL. Our money is now entirely invested in a defense that sucks...

I like the Harvin deal. The offense is much better without him. Harvin is useless as a WR, and Bevell tried to get too cute with him. Including today, the offense is averaging 396 yards per game, as opposed to 335 while Harvin was here. The defense has given up fewer yards as well (only 1 game over 300 since Harvin was traded). Besides, Harvin wouldn't have been in when the game was on the line anyway.
Seattle's run defense saw the affect of missing your entire middle run defense (Mebane, Wagner). They had a chance to win, they made stops when they needed to. They even forced 2 turnovers. It just wasn't quite enough.
I didn't see the first half, but did Bruce Irvin play? Oh nevermind. I remember hearing his name for a personal foul once again so he must have. He's worthless.
