Whitecaps moved into 2nd place in the West with their win on Saturday - I know some other teams have games in hand and teams are still very tight in the table, but it's still nice to see.

For the Scots it's life or death. For the English it's a meaningless fixture that gets in the way of the Premiership. I won't be watching it. I'm guessing Americans don't realise how bad Scottish football is.

Yeah, Scottish football has definitely fallen on hard times. Still, I would think the history and tradition would warrant the two sides meeting on a more frequent basis.
