If you're not already familiar with him. this is somewhat of a national audition for Mark Hudspeth to an AQ conference team. He's on my list of candidates for the Nebraska job depending how he does in year 3 at Louisiana. He's had success at every level he been so far.

Took Louisiana-Lafayette to their first bowl game (New Orleans Bowl) in 41 years in 2011 (his first year). They beat San Diego St.

Took them back to the New Orleans Bowl in 2012 (his second year) and beat East Carolina.
