I didn't get to see it, no.

The Rams defense could do that, and still Bradford will suck, plus the Niners defense is pretty good.

I think Kaepernicus was upset about those missing "mighty wings."

You didn't see the way that Bradshaw was dicing thru that Niners D?

Patrick Willis was injuried yesterday. They lost one of their D-lineman against Seattle and Aldon Smith is now out while he goes thru rehab. The D is starting to look like a piece of Swiss cheese.

Anyone else looking forward to Thursday Night Football as much as I am? It'd be amazing to see the 49ers at 1-3. And I think the Rams can knock them off too. Kaepernick had a nice little run, but now the gameplan is out on him and he's not so great after all.

I will only check in on the game, but my wife will be watching. I won't watch a football game over a baseball game.

every Padres season since 1984?

Someone should do a graph comparing the ratio of payroll to wins. The Padres will top the list.

What was your payroll this year Worrld? And how much is a ticket to that toilet you call a stadium and how much is the most expensive beer in baseball? Like $14?

No, but thank you anyway. :suds:

that maybe true

but bradford still BLOWS

Handsome McMuscularpecs gets it. I'm not a 49er fan, but I think those guys are pissed off after losing two straight in embarrasing fashion, and Bradford is becoming a bigger bust than Ryan Leaf.

Niners by 15.

The only saving grace (if you can call it that), is that Bradford is handeling his situation better.

A LOT better.

Oh...You mean the game that Kyle Williams gift-wrapped to the Giants? I guess that was ALL Eli, just like the SB's.

Nasty's got a point about Eli's man-ocity. Dude NEVER misses a game, can take a hit or six, and makes the plays when he needs to.

Like I said three pages ago, he might play like shit for stretches of time, but then he follows it up by playing out of his mind for an even longer stretch.

Rothlisberger (sp) might have had shittier O-lines, but he also thinks he's bigger and badder than he really is. Dude needs to know when to throw the ball away to save himself for the next series, instead of taking hits. He's going to be more crippled than Terry Bradshaw when he's done playing.

Gotta take the wife shopping and take her out to Red Lobster. Yes I am a Redneck Union man.

Better do it quick. And, do buy any gift cards for later.

Red Lobster / Olive Garden parent company in financial trouble, and they just might fold up because of it.

And, in a most basic way, I do not get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME i have gone to Red Lobster = 45 minute wait. And, waiting = popular = $$, or so I thought.

Shaq was looking lean at the Auburn-LSU game on Saturday. I was worried he was going to explode when he retired. [insert gratuitous Tony Gwynn joke here]

if you fill the stadium up, which is bigger than fenway, they should have payroll to spend and not pocket.

instead, they rip you off.

I'm not talking about this season. You said since '84.

The Padres would top that list.

"Oh, payroll has NOTHING to do with it." - Red Sox and Yankees dimwits as they hoist their $14 beers.

LOL

So no comment on how his OL (who's responsible for all his success, right?) was a sieve against SF, but Eli still threw for 300+ and 2 TDs on the road, on the way to another title?

He's not a great regular season QB, but he gets it done in the post-season. Just like he has twice before.

Maybe the fact that you have to come up with arguments for why he got lucky breaks in EVERY big game he's won ought to tell you something.
