I feel like tOSU has had some better QBs that Krenzel. He was a winner and a smart smart guy but I think they had better.

Joe Germaine was friggin sweet.

It does amaze me that Ohio State has never had an elite QB ever, like an Elway, Luck, Marino etc.
They have had good and even great QB's but none that could even be considered in the top 10 of all-time

Good team, but I think you have to add:
Richter as the starting TE
Gruber and Gibson for OL depth
The safeties also need to be changed up. I can't think of good starters there, but I think several recent safeties have been better than that pair. Going back, i'm sure there were some exceptional choices.

Also, Fletcher is a CB. His replacement (who should be the #1 linebacker period) should be Chris Borland. And Fletcher should be starting at CB with Langford to the bench.

Tom Brady?? How does a guy that splits his time as a senior make the list? Grbac and Henne were both more productive as QBs.

Actually, Brian Griese is greater than all 3 of those guys. I guess championships mean nothing today....

This was fucking tough.

Since 1914, Nebraska has produced 94 players who have collected a total of 108 first-team All-American awards. According to the NCAA, the Huskers' total of 53 consensus All-Americans ranks sixth among NCAA Division I-A schools and second among conference schools.

Probably gonna be some backlash from a couple Husker fans because this list is so ridiculously debatable.

Just a couple of additions. Not sure if I would have Crouch on there.

Tom Brady didn't "split time" unless your definition of "split time" is get taken out in blowouts and have to outplay your backup in spring camp. He started every game his Junior and Senior seasons (after Griese left). He threw about six times as many passes as Henson did. Brady was a solid college QB in a system where the QB wasn't supposed to thrive.

Also, Wisconsin's All-Star team from the last 25 years is better than most of these choices from ESPN. We also might have the single best All-Star offense over that period. We have the top QB, two top 5 RBs, and a top 3 O-Line. Even our receivers were All-Americans.

WOW, 7 pages and no PSU list, I guess we are a rare breed on here. Ok, I'll give it a shot. I will add a RB and a few LBs to this list cause we a DEEP at those positions. I haven't seen ESPiN's list and I won't see it cause they're idiots. Here goes.....

Offense
QB1: Kerry Collins
QB2: Todd Blackledge
RB1: Larry Johnson
RB2: Curt Warner
RB3: Ki-Jana Carter
WR1: Bobby Engram
WR2: Kenny Jackson
WR3: OJ McDuffie
TE1: Kyle Brady
OT1: Chris Conlin
OT2: Tom Rafferty
OG1: Steve Wisniewski
OG2: Steve Suhey
C: Jeff Hartings

Defense (Here's where it gets tough)
DE1: Tamba Hali
DE2: Michael Haynes
DT1: Jimmy Kennedy
DT2: Mike Reid
LB1: Jack Ham
LB2: Matt Millen
LB3: LaVar Arrington
LB4: Paul Posluszny
LB5: Dan Connor
LB6: Sean Lee (There's more but you get the idea....We're Linebacker U.)
CB1: Alan Zemaitis
CB2: Justin King
S1: Darren Perry
S2: Michael Zordich

Kicker: Matt Bahr

Right here. I would put these guys up in their prime against any offense. A little homerism, but look at the names on that list.

CB -- Deion Sanders, Terrell Buckley, Leroy Butler, Xavier Rhodes
S -- Derrick Gibson, Pat Watkins
LB -- Derrick Brooks, Marvin Jones, Sam Cowart
DL -- Ron Simmons, Derrick Alexander, Andre Wadsworth, Peter Boulware, Jamal Reynolds, Tank Carridine, Bjeorn Werner

it would be a good matchup, but cuse has way too much starpower.
