How do you know if it was his only trick if it's the only one you let him try? How do you know it was an aberration if the only time you let him try it he succeeds?
how much success did he have last week ?...
he only played 4 fucking plays!! but yeah lets rate that like a complete game...
my point to tubbs was if he is so great why didnt he do more than what he did in those 4 plays .. thats all
most qbs need to develop a game rhythm to get anything accomplished. I think the jets have done a disservice to tebow all season long. Sunday was the first time he played more than 2 plays in a row all season and even then it was only 4 plays. Is tebow a great qb at the moment...no. Does he deserve to get a start and put up or shut up...yes.
Will to win and work ethic mean little in coaching if you don't have the tactics and teaching ability to go with them.
Tebow doesn't deserve a chance, he got one last year.
What he proved was that you cannot run a traditional offense with him at QB. You HAVE to run the ball, you can't run a pro offense.
There isn't a coach or GM in the league that wants to change their offense to be COMPLETELY dependent on running the ball and great defense. You aren't going to find a coach that will sign up for that. They want QBs that can sling the rock, and Tebow isn't that QB.
This is why he may not be in the league next year. I can't see any team taking him unless it's purely to be a trick player or unless he decides to change positions.
Tebow is an NFL QB. I watched all of his games when he started for Denver. They mainly ran on 1st and 2nd down. On third down he would throw a lot of them on the money and D. Thomas and E. Decker would drop them. That happened a lot which always killed drives. He put the ball on the money in the Pittsburgh game too. They didn't have him throw a whole lot. I have never seen basically a Rookie QB get more scrutinized than Tebow. The NFL lockout didn't help him either.

LOL. His 47% completion says otherwise.

THIS, along with his 71 yards per game passing, 6 yards per attempt.......we could do this all day.
He's not an NFL QB, he never was, and he most likely never will be. Teams, coaches, and GMs know they can't win with a QB putting up those numbers. Frankly, so should anyone that calls themselves a fan of this game.
I hope Sanchez, Vick and Tebow are the QB roster for the '13 Jets. I hate them that bad.
