The way this season has gone I would say he is far from delusional.The season is far from over anything can happen and all the top teams have looked bad on several occasions.Oregon lost to Stanford who had already beaten a number one and lost to the current number one.Kstate got smoked by BAYLOR,ND almost list to pitt etc.... anything can happen still A week left and championship games.No one knows how this will play out.

I realize Sunday night when Oregon only fell to 5th in BCS. With still wins against #16 Oregon State ahead of them and possibly top 15 team in UCLA.
