Lauri Mark gave him the business.

He will be broken by Thanksgiving if they leave him at the 4.

Alas, we traded every true power forward on the roster.

PJ Tucker is cooked.

He's not the answer.

Man the clippers really really like brown

How are they going to acquire Lavine OG or Siakam now?
Lavine is somebody you would want?

He dropped 50 in a game this season with 0 assists. Doesn't seem like a good fit with Embiid and Maxey. I doubt Lavine wants to be the #3 guy.

I think/hope (for @Mecca sanity) that they have another move in mind, but I'm not sure what that might be.
They still have tradable assets in Powell (18mil) and Mann (10 mil) to make something happen. That’s 28 million of nice player with solid value in league circles.

Trade Harden and add another volume shooter that doesn't pass much. Seems like a worse fit than Harden who actually does pass.

Minus all his BS.

Fair point. Best point you’ve made all day. Lavine does need a lot of volume. He’s third on my wish list.

As of right now you aren't. You got picks that may or not be used in another trade and a bunch of filler.
Nope. You’re already wrong. You said that I was delusional and that Morey was asking for the way too much. Meanwhile, with the addition of the swap and the 2nd first round pick this is more than what you called delusional and crazy. You’re wrong.

Because you have your Philly rose colored glasses on....
Rose colored glasses?!?!? This can’t be seen any other way than an unmitigated victory for Morey and the Sixers.

I hope that’s who they get

Lavine is interesting. The talent is undeniable, but the ability to fit in a system that doesn't "feature" him could be a problem.

If a player scores 50, chances are, he's not going to have many assists., but most do manage to get a couple by accident. lol

How you like the new look Celtics so far?

Turned on the Memphis game last night. Marcus looks weird in a Grizzlies uniform.

I mean I have seen players drop 50 plus points but also seen them get 2-4 assists.

0 means he had 1 thing on his mind.

Would be worse than Harden IMO.

Harden was at least the PG. Lavine will be a black hole once he gets the ball.

Exactly….

I like that they're starting small(er)... having Big Al coming off the bench.

This plays to their strengths... guards and wings that can defend bigger than their size, and better depth at the guard and wing positions than we have at the C spot.

Defense has been very good (Jrue and White are a terror on this end as a starting back court). They've been throwing in some full-court press and it has been effective.

Our starting 5 has overwhelming talent.

Our bench, however, has not been good so far. Pritchard and Hauser are neither shooting well nor playing well overall. Plenty of room for improvement here.

The downside of t he extension for pritch is much like zeke in dnever, it removes the ability to aggregate their salary

Which they can’t do next year

Great breakdown. I agree.
