Only hope is if Brown wants to run it back and takes a deal way lower than he deserves. But if not and he wants to get paid no hard feelings, dude was about as good as a 6th man could be for us this year.

Despite being good basically everywhere he's been, he keeps getting bounced around. Dude should probably take the money right now. Especially with this FA class not being all that strong and there's teams out there that will have to spend

True or not this man is a class act

Yeah he's a no excuse guy. Not like that Tatum character from boston lol

Do i think he's lying? Lol probably but he isn't a sore loser and going to the podium and crying about an injury would come across that way. He is a real one and is probably my 2nd fav heat of all time. The shit he's done in his 4 years here been amazing considering they never had a title contending team on paper in any of the 4 seasons

This would be huge but the dude could just be riding the high of winning a title. Give him a few weeks and he may reconsider though I hope he doesn't.

Butler doesn't even want to shoot. Just sit him.

This is such a bad take.

Jimmy clearly playing less than 100%. Not himself.

But there is a reason you stick with your best guys even when they are struggling.

Jimmy was arguably the best player in the playoffs through 2.5 rounds. He is their leader. You sit him down, you lose the heart of the team, you lose the 1 guy on the roster good enough to go get a game by himself.

You have to roll with your best players and let them work through slumps. Heat without Butler don’t beat anyone.

However this game turns out...the NBA should be ashamed of how freaking terrible it's been officiated.
I've probably watched thousands of NBA games reg season and playoffs over the years...but this one has to be up there with the worst of the bunch....and these are the god damn finals....FFS.

Nah.

People say the same thing almost every game every year.

It is not getting worse, you are just prisoner of the moment.

Going after guards is not going to improve our chances. Jokic may be unguardable, but having taller players to contain him and grab rebounds is a must.

Your chances of beating Denver with your tallest player being 6’9 is very very slim. Think of the Shaq Lakers back in the early 2000s and even the Tim Duncan’s Spurs. That’s what we’re dealing with right now in Jokic.

Bro, it doesn’t even have to be a Center, but we most definitely need another big. That small lineup shit ain’t gonna cut it against this team.

You also can’t build a roster around beating Denver.

They are really good, but more likely than not someone else represents the West next year.

Build the best roster you can. But beating Milwaukee, Boston and Philly should be the focus.

I just don't get not playing Herro. It's not like anyone was shooting lights out and playing him would hurt the chemistry. Everyone was playing either mediocre or trash. Herro could have been a big spark. I mean damn Zeller got minutes.

He wasn’t ready.

If he was, he would have played.

That stat is so misleading though.

Most of those appearances came from guys who were well past their primes.

And some of them missed games or were playing hurt.

Denver is very deserving. But let’s not act like this is some amazing cast of foes they dispatched. More parity in the league than ever right now, and that means the road through the playoffs is going to be weaker than normal almost no matter what.

No great teams out there.

Denver is the best of the really good ones.

Heck without him they don’t even make that last push late in the 4th to get back the lead.

Nuggets probably got the best matchup possible for the Finals. I don’t think they could have beaten Celtics or Bucks but it doesn’t matter now. The Heat slew those dragons for them and just didn’t have enough at the end.

I hear you, but my point is this team needs to fix their weakness, which is rebounding.

They allow way too many 2nd chance points and can’t make an offensive rebound on the other hand either.

Whether it’s a stretch 4 like Portis or someone who can grab a lot of boards like a Looney would be huge for them. They just have to find on of these types of players.

Fix that and I believe they have a roster good enough to win the ship.

I think they’d kill the Celtics. I believe the Sixers would have given them a good series tho. Embiid usually outplays Jokic when they play each other.
