FYI my bold prediction preseason was that the Warriors would not get home court first round.. I’m going to Disney.

Both those 1st round matchups will go at least 6…. imo.

So, agree….no gimmes.

But, I’m taking the Dubs over Sacto and the Lakers over Memphis/Denver.

Not going to hedge…

But, the Lakers winning depends on Davis.

That Dude’s motor runs on a half charged 12v moped battery.

Some of it with AD has been teams doubling him immediately and the other guys not doing enough to help with that.

So he's done other things to help them win.

Friday vs. the Suns is a good example.

He only took 12 shots and only had 14 points.

But he also had 21 rebounds, 3 blocks, and altered several other shots.

His defense in the 4th quarter was a big part of why they were finally able to pull away.

Having said that, I do think that he is too quick to pass out of the double team at times. He needs to look to attack before the double team comes more often.

I still think there’s a strong possibility that Embiid wins by strength of the 2nd place votes and he actually ends up MVP but 2nd team MVP just to make these people look like fools again.
