From Prospects Live:

Chandler Pollard continued to demonstrate his impressive toolset in a couple of late season looks, showcasing good raw power on mistakes over the middle and running wild on opposing batteries in the likely event he gets on base. Hitterish traits were also on display, with quick twitch and strong wrists allowing him to adjust to well located pitches and generate good contact. In the field, there’s bounce and soft hands that typically allow him to range and handle a wide spectrum of opportunities, and his footwork on throws is improving as you’d hope with more reps.

Strange but I thought how nice if we hired the pitching coach that helped developed these two guys. (Dreaming)
I have mentioned this before and am not a fan of our AA pitching coach.

Maybe I should have said I am not crazy about Pollard.
Guys that sign under slot but have upside are the route to go. Probably some college guys mixed in

From Prospects Live(ranked 207)

Ultra-physical kid with a huge arm from the outfield. Specht has a powerful, lefty swing that show authority especially pull-side. Specht is a plus runner with plus raw power and a plus arm. He's one of the better all-around athletes in the class with a keen eye at the plate. Specht is continuing to improve his quality and consistency of good contact, but finding more barrels and launch will be a priority in his development.

Specht is a somewhat underhyped name in the 2022 Draft Class being that he hails from Iowa. He had a solid showing on the showcase circuit this summer that culminated in being selected an All-American. His summer performance has helped to put a lot of helium to his draft stock. Specht has a very mechanically sound swing and is consistently barreling the ball up. He has a full field approach that sees him spray line drives gap to gap. While he is quite large and strong, we have yet to see him truly tap into any legit power. He does produce a lot of hard hit balls with EVs of 95mph+ but he has yet to really do that consistently while elevating pitches. Specht has all the tools to play all OF positions at the next level. He is extremely fast (6.4 60 runner) and athletic for his size and looks very smooth in the OF. He has an upper 90’s arm with accuracy and carry to his throws. He has the second best OF arm among the prep class only behind Druw Jones.

what i'm gathering that maybe we shouldn't fire JD or CY just yet?
Pitching wise. This smells more like CY. But JD is stealthy.
Perhaps they make a good team and this really is not a one man job
