LOL. You need algorithms to measure points, assists, rebounds, and FG %? Those stats predate the Sixers and Nuggets. Jokic's levels of those stats this season are historic, and not just for a center.

I think Philly needs better math programs in their schools. Counting does continue after you run out of fingers and toes.

sorry but the 2000 points, 1000 rebounds AND 500 assists IS historic. Even if you'd care to include Russ it's historic for both of them.

Russ would have killed that total if like Jokic he couldn’t guard on the perimeter. Jokic’s rebounding numbers are a manifestation of the fact that he is a poor defensive center and the Nuggets play a scheme to protect him.

But you choose to ignore it because Embiid isn't the player that created that category.

And I still get a good laugh at you acknowledging Embiid led the league in scoring. But all other stats somehow don't count.

Spare me your "context" nonsense. You've said multiple times Jokic is fat & sloppy. Yet that fat & sloppy player averaged more rebs, asts, stls and had a much better FG% than yer guy. But you don't want anything to do with those numbers.

Last week you said the Nuggets were force feeding Jokic this season because Murray & MPJ are injured and that's why his numbers are up. Which is insanity at it's finest.

Since you think the Nuggets force-fed Jokic all season explain these numbers.

This season. 27.1 / 13.8 / 7.9 on .583 shooting. 17.7 shots per game

Yep slightly more points on slightly fewer shots while have a better FG% than last season is the definition of a player being force-fed.

KD didn’t play enough games and no way they’re giving it to a dude who didn’t even have his team in the play in. But I’m assuming we agree. Embiid > Joker or you would have pushed back on that in your comments.

I don't think anyone thinks that Jokic is objectively better than Embiid. Just that being the better basketball player doesn't make him MVP.

Additionally, KD and Lebron aren't the only ones who are better basketball players than Jokic or Embiid.

Russ’ big men banged inside, established position and literally got out of the way as Russ swooped in for rebounds.

It is actually pretty easy to rebound from the PG spot in most NBA defensive systems because PG’s cover almost ALWAYS has get back responsibility in transition D. So the PG is unopposed to swoop and and grab “engaged rebounds” while the bigs fight.

Yes, 10 + boards is still impressive for a guard for sure. But it isn’t what you make it. Probably about equally impressive as Jokic getting 13 considering the degree to which Russ hunted that triple double.

But, since you made the comparison, Jokic also has otherworldly worldly efficiency and Russ, well, didn’t.
