pretty bad when Jay Cutler is the teams best QB
Might be the worst of teams best QBs
Yep.
When Dave Krieg makes #6 on the list after 1 year as a back up at 38 years old you know it is bad. (Of course his rating is largely due due to the rest of his career accomplishments, but still!)

Oh, without a doubt. Even the relatively new franchises have had better QB's.

Houston has Watson (even if just for the first few years he played)
Carolina had Delhomme/Newton
Jacksonville had Brunnell who has similar career numbers but more playoff success
Baltimore has Jackson now and I guess you have to include Flacco

Cardinals are probably the worst historic franchise but have had guys like Neil Lomax, Jake Plummer, Warner for a few good runs, and now Murray who will probably have a solid career

Maybe the new Browns franchise since 99, but one more good year from Mayfield and even that's over.

Jeff George was signed mid-season as a backup for the Bears in 2004. After a three year gap in him having played in the NFL. He dressed, but never took the field. If he had, he would probably rank ahead of Krieg on the list, which is pretty hilarious as well.

I had forgotten they traded their 1st rd pick for Rick Mirer when they could have picked Gonzalez. That's just sad.

Browns have been mostly bad qbs other than Otto Graham. Mayfield looks like he is one of the best qbs to play for the Browns but that is not saying much. Kosar is one of most overrated, he had some great Browns teams are arguably the most talented during his days but somehow he has a losing record as quarterback and losing postseason record, never won two games in the same postseason.

Cardinals also had Jim Hart who for a few years got to play some Air Coryell football

As far as the Browns. Brian Sipe was the league MVP before. He & Kosar I would easily put above any Bear QB.

It is amazing though. With shitty QBs that the bears have always been relevant in the NFL. Says a lot about the other facets of their game.
Some all time great defenses
Some all time great Special teams & an some all time great rushers.

Your nuts on Sipe, talk about a one year wonder, he is the worst player to ever win the MVP. Let's not even talk about his playoff performance that year.

Just pointing out Sipe was a one year wonder and sucked the rest of his career, he would fit in on the Browns or Bears
Maybe. but he beats out the likes of Bears Qbs. The Bob Avellini's, Vince Evans, even Jim McMahon who wasted one of the top defenses ever.
Cutler is just a product of the times. as far as racking up stats goes. The Bears havent had even one year of what Sipe had.

Kinda makes me appreciate our teams history when I look at their QBs

Cutler's favorite game to play was "I'm going to look great for a couple of months and convince everyone I've figured it out" before totally going in the tank and making you realize you fell for it... yet again. Then, somehow, right when you think it's finally over and there is no way you could ever buy into him again? Rinse and repeat the process. It was a painful roller coaster ride.

Rex Grossman doesn't get enough respect within the realm of Bears QB hierarchy.

Funniest thing I saw so far this year was when Justin Fields got blasted by the Bills defensive end and his helmet flew off and head band that holds that asinine hairstyle of his flew off.
His stupid ass was wobbling all over the place when he tried to get up. Looked like a cartoon character
