Laptop computer problems

I have a Dell Latitude E6400 Bios Revision A 24 laptop computer last week it started having problems. It seems I got White Vertical Lines with a pinkish orange background with a white cursor on the top left hand corner of the screen. I tried to reboot it but the same thing keeps happening. this doesn't appear when the Dell logo pops up but after it goes away. I have no idea what's going on or what is causing the problem and how to fix this.
