They're in state rtvals... conference affiliation shouldn't change that.



Georgia Tech left the SEC in a dramatic way as well, verbally bashing the conference & several teams on their way out... yet I don't think there was a single second that UGA thought about canceling the series just because they left our conference.

It shows a bit of butthurtness on the part of Texas. Are they really blaming them for ruining the Big12? That foundation was set at least a year before A&M left.

Seems that they would be happy to see them go & have "fuck you, GTFO" attitude... but still play the damn rivalry.

They explained to us so much how much better off they were in the SEC.

Then... they want us to schedule them? And move out games we had already had contracts with other schools.

And Texas playing them again only helps them, because they can never sell out their stadium.

Now they'll have to worry about Florida, SCar, Alabama, etc coming in and taking away from their recruits.

les miles: i was confused as well. apparently there is a state adjacent to La. It's a huge football state. I wasn't aware but after speaking to our compliance folks, it appears we can now recruit this state.

les miles: yes, it's a new beginning for us. the discovery of this previously unknown state to pull recruits from is something that will be huge for LSU, simply huge.

the spot a&m left was a conference game that spot now belongs to tcu,,,we dont have a spot for an ooc game until 2018.....tell tamu to call ND,CAL,OLE MISS,BYU,USC,ARKY,UCF OR MARYLAND and ask how much they want to cancel the games scheduled
