this type of stuff has no place in hockey it really doesnt. if its ok for tampa to sit back and not go for the puck why isnt it ok for the flyers to sit back and not move it?

Because regardless of how you feel about it, Tampa was still defending. Philly was the attacking team, but they weren't attacking. They were just standing there, looking.

How is it any different than what the Flyers are doing by refusing to engage in offense. Of course anything that has to do with defense you think is the anti-christ, so, that's that.

So you're saying that Tampa has no right to see what Philly is going to do and defend it, and Philly has no obligation to try and do anything with the puck because they don't want to try and break the defense. That's ridiculous.
