I want to apologize because I don't want some bitter Dallas fan tripping me.

I don't think Dallas made 1 clean kick return , it seems like everyone was muffed, but fortunately for them, they recovered everyone.

Our special tames have been so F'ed for years. Amazes me how we can't get a coach worth a shit in that position.

"It will not change the outcome of Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots, but the Dallas Cowboys were informed by the league office that the two tripping penalties in the 13-9 loss should not have been called, a source told ESPN."

WELL....I know I feel better
I don't because they were tripping.... And anytime there is a unnamed source I am weary of the legitimacy of the article.

Either way I don't think it would have change the outcome. The vaunted Dallas offense was not match for the New England defense and the weather.

You know why there were only 9 tripping calls last year? Because the O-lineman are generally smart enough to keep their legs under them, move their feet and block with their hands. Sticking your knee out is bitch move and I'm not surprised that a Cowpoke did it twice.
The NFL notified the Cowboys that BOTH tripping call's shouldn't have been made. Thank You for your expert analysis

Call me out if I'm wrong on this, but it has taken Jerry Jones this long to figure out that Jason Garrett is a lousy coach?

Vaunted Dallas offense scores 3 FGs, the first of which was the result of a bogus PI call on a New England DB and it's the refs fault that they lost :rolleyes2:

There were 7 penalties called against Dallas, 6 against NE so the game was not some lopsided officiating affair. They let a lot of shit go both ways.

Also, a source :D in NE has said that the reason the Cowboys got called for a fairly rare tripping penalty (twice) is because BB and his staff noticed that the Dallas O-line does it with regularity when they were studying the films. Bill likely pulled the head official aside before the game and mentioned that fact and asked them to keep an eye out for it. It's what great coaches do

No, ESPN has notified "you". There is no official word from the NFL on this matter.

Don't you think the NFL would deny this if they didn't admit it?
You can't be this stupid. Oh wait I've read your posts, yes you can.

Carry on.

If the NFL wants to tell the cowboys that the officials screwed up during the game they will do that in an official statement, as they have done in the past.

Some of you Cowboy fans are really looking pretty fucken sad with all your crying right about now.

By the way, spare me your insults. That's a game you're ill equipped to play.

The NFL does not always put out official statements. What NFL will always do is fine players, coaches, GMs, owners and/or teams for questioning the refs.
