He has no leverage and feels he'll be getting cut. He was a poor draft pick.He is skipping OTAs in hopes of getting traded. He has barely been a blip on the radar. Not sure why he thinks he has any leverage whatsoever

Ted has been ill for the past three years and should have been removed from his GM position at that time. He has a neurological disorder.Poor draft picks in the secondary were kind of TT's thing his last couple of years as GM. It's really hurt the team.

After reading some of his quotes in the article, it's clear that he thinks he's owed playing time because he was a 2nd round pick. Entitlement.
Best case scenario is it lights a fire under his ass but who knows if that actually happens.
