The last time a team represented Los Angeles in the Super Bowl, it was the 1983 Raiders who beat the Washington Redskins. The Raiders have since been to just 1 Super Bowl, representing Oakland again and losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to end the 2002 season.

The Rams are 1-2 in Super Bowls, 1-1 while representing St. Louis and 0-1 while representing Los Angeles. They'll look to even things up for those of those records in 2 weeks.

The 1979 Los Angeles team lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers. 20 years later, as St. Louis they beat the Tennessee Titans. The 2001 campaign ended with a loss to the New England Patriots while again representing St. Louis and kickstarting the Patriots dynasty.

It's a tough loss, keep your head up though, Saints are a good team, had the 1 obvious PI no call that hurt big time, but the Rams are good, they hung in and didn't go away and just came up with the big play's to get it done, mainly there kicker who was about as clutch as it gets....

I didn't care who won the game, but it Shouldn't have went to overtime. That ref should have been fired on the spot. Blatant missed call. Saints should have won. Completely screwed.
