Is it really totally out of nowhere? Yeah, they lost 4 games, but they lost them all by 1 score each and 3 of them were on the road against decent teams. I think in hindsight, they were probably only another or two away from being a pretty good team.

Kind of opens up the south race again, but looking at the schedules not sure which team is even in position to take advantage of it.

With the now head to head win ASU has to be seen as back in it.

Utah's loss all but eliminated the already slim outside chance WSU could make the top 5 as they will end up with no ranked wins this season.

I truly don’t care about the way playoffs, but just would have been nice (going back the Pac) had the CCG included two ranked teams. If we win out we will still be top 10 but if your Mutts win the AC you guys will be too 20, no South teams deserve to be ranked.

There should be several 3 loss in conference teams in the South after this week. If one of them wins out, they'll be ranked for the CCG. Right now ASU is the only one that "controls their own destiny", but realistically whoever finishes 8-4 or 9-3 will be top 25 for the championship game against WSU, presuming y'all don't Coug it. Unless you get Arizona, which I kind of doubt will happen.

Our conference is a fucking joke, dude was hit in the shoulder pad and he ducked. There is zero way any objective person could see that hit and say it was targeting the way it is written, this is not being a homer it’s just how terrible the officials are in this conference and why Larry Scott keeps defending these fuckers like they are the best in the world...fuck these refs and fuck Larry Scott for his thinking giving women equal money in a sport no one cares about deserves him credit enough to be in charge of a billion dollar enterprise when even he has fucked it up.
