When Brown got that really stupid horsecollar penalty on 3rd and long giving Pitt the first down, Pitt got the momentum and never looked back. That was ultimately the beginning of the end for UVA.

And that as a really stupid unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Pitt, not that it matters at this point.

Hopefully Bronco chews all of these fuckers out because they didn't look ready to play at all. This is the worst they've looked all season in my opinion. We definitely didn't deserve to win this game tonight.

either this continues everyone beating each other up and someone with 3 conference losses takes the Coastal

or Pitt wins out, going 7-1 in conference play with their only loss to North Carolina, who most likely would have that as their only win this whole season LOL

Even with $10 tickets, it wouldn't have been worth the hour and a half drive each way, other than maybe listening to the postgame to hear how badly they get chewed out.

I still can’t understand why UvA isn’t a perennial powerhouse, at least in their division.

A lot of it is is that we can't get a lot of the four and five star recruits that the Miami's and VT's can get. We probably have to build our reputation back up after years of being in the basement to start getting the top talent to notice. Games like this in primetime won't help matters much.
We're way better than the Mike London era teams but still have a long ways to go to be on top and stay there.

Definitely not going to win many games when you can barely rush for 50 yards all game. It looked like the whole team in general wasn't prepared for the game tonight.
The defense definitely doesn't deserve a pass. They should have a next man up mentality. There was no excuse for that horsecollar tackle on 3rd and long way back in our territory, giving them the 1st down, which lead to that long drive where they scored the touchdown.

I agree that there is no excuse for the horsecollar tackle, but you can't just replace 3 top players that easily. Alonso is the best tackler on the team, and Thornhill's run support is huge.
