4. Never once did I say those guys should be fired for matters related to title IX, you're completely off the mark on what I said relating to those two.

On point #3, you mean to tell me that she's beating herself up. In her interview, she mentions that he hits her in front of his kids.

Well from what it sounds like is that . He had a wife beater on staff who had an incident in Florida and he still brought him to Columbus. That's a fact. Is he not responsible for the people he brings in?
If his wife knew and was supposed to report it then do you fire his wife? If his wife was cooking heroin and selling it and got busted would he get to stay? Or is pregnant wife beating not serious enough?

You employ a wife beater and you know he is .You should fire him, make him leave somehow if you don't want to ruin any chance for him later . You can try to help but if you keep him you better be prepared to lose your job because I don't know about you but most people wouldn't be or work around a guy who people know he beat his pregnant wife. What kinda people/coaches would still want this guy around? That's a fucked up culture there and Ohio State fan is getting dangerously close to Penn State fan with the well you can't positively know what he knew BS>

This is not a court case. This is a Title IX case and a university case.
Negative public perception is what the university is going to try to eliminate.

Let Ohio St go with disciplining Urbs wife for failing to report to Title IX and go with "she didn't tell Urbs" about a near family member and assistant coach beating his spouse.
Even without proof she told him, the public cannot fathom that she didn't.

The public outrage towards Ohio St will be thru the roof.
