Hard to assume a RB that has an injury history and turns 30 tomorrow is even considered likely to have a couple more seasons of normal production. The RB fall off is generally sudden and steep. Even before this, I was staying away from him in fantasy before maybe the 3rd or 4th round.

He needs 1200 yards to crack into the top 20 rushers of all-time, but that would put him one spot ahead of Corey Dillon, and he's not making the HOF any time soon. Hell he needs 1,500 yards to pass Fred Taylor, and he's far from a lock to ever make it.

Not a lock by any means.

You're assuming worst case scenario. If he has 2 more years like his 2 previous he'll be top 15 in rushing yards and rushing TD's. And that's not even accounting for what he's done receiving.

And he's played 15 or more games in 7 of his 9 seasons. And the least amount of games he's played in a season is 12. I wouldn't call that injury prone.

A few problems here. First off, McCoy has already stated he knows nothing about nothing. So if it comes out he did as you say in the bolded his credibility on the topic is shot and he'd have to pull a complete about face and hope he is believed. The second issue is that if he was involved in the act and the act got out of control he can still legally be held accountable and charged for what ultimately occurred. Lastly, any involvement could end his NFL career at his age. If he has any involvement he sees a big suspension (I'm guessing a year?). if suspended a year he'll be 31 when he is looking for work again. Not good for a RB with a lot of carries and coming off a major legal issue that many teams won't want any part of.
Ray Rice all over again. Certainly possible.

So without the fact of a key coming up, what ties him to it? Or maybe his friend even had the key from a while ago. I bet it's a coded door anyway. Anyone in his circle could know it and want to be the one that solved his "bitch in yo house problem." No?

It’s a strange situation. He apparently tried to evict her before but made some arrangement she could live there for a certain number of months until eviction. Then they got back together. Now he’s trying to evict her again.

It seems like it’s been a very unhealthy, dysfunctional situation for a long time. I would not be surprised at all if McCoy was involved here. He has not only proven himself to be an asshole but also an idiot.

Always assume the stupidest thing I guess.:L

Oh absolutely, I 100% think he was in on this. I can't think of another reason why a guy would break into the house and only demand certain things and then beat the shit out of her and leave.

Nah, the camera removal isn't that incriminating. They were in a legal battle, why help her in any way? Once she used them against him in the previous situation, they have to go based on that, not necessarily based on any intended future actions.
Wait, there was a previous situation?

I wondering if she has squatter rights in this case, since he wasn't living there
In less than a year? What the fuck is that? Because there's a minor there??

Could the 16 year old have beaten her and this is the cover-up? Could that be the horrible truth here?

The only expensive stuff she had, mccoy got her? Intruder beats her up first and then gets the shit and leaves.

No, I'm assuming normal wear and tear that happens to the overwhelming majority of 30+ RBs in the NFL, especially those with the amount of touches Shady has had. 2 years ago, AP had a 1400+ yard year. In the 2 seasons since, he has a combined 601 yards. The carries add up and take a toll once you reach the big 3-0. Assuming he's going to play the same at 30 and 31 as he did at 28 and 29 in the NFL today, especially on an offense with no QB or other major playmakers, is pretty foolish.

They said he specifically asked for things that McCoy had asked her for and then he took nothing else.

A year? I think in NYC it's like 30 or 60 days

You would want to leave it in, so you can hold her liable for any damage she will cause on being forced to leave.

Hard to say without knowing more about the security setup.

Well is any if that actually true? Where is the verification?
Pretty sure they can go back and find if the jewelry is gone or not. That would be a good indication. Don't you think it'd be a massive coincidence that a random home invader broke in and only stole specific items that Shady himself had asked for?

I was thinking the security setup may be obvious enough to deter intruders and he'd rather have someone break in and kill her.

Who removed the security cameras? I bet it's an expensive house. Could they have known the house would now be more vulnerable to break in and done it?

Did she hide it somewhere else?
How do you know?
Did she have anything else worth stealing?
How do you know?

Or he could age like Frank Gore. Even a little decline wouldn't be terrible since he put up 2,400 yards rushing the last couple of years. AP is also 2 and a half years older than Shady. At his age 30 season he put up almost 1,500 yards rushing.

Either way, doesn't look like he'll get a chance with how this looks.
