Rams should do everything in their power to trade him, even if it means only getting a 3rd or something. The Giants are not going to be competitive this year. They lost Pugh, lost Pierre-Paul and Manning is basically grinding metal at this point (if anyone gets the movie ref A+).
The last thing you want to do is give him a contract and then when your new QB comes in he'll probably be bitching 24/7 he isn't getting enough looks or something, thus fucking with the new QB development.
Trade him asap is the correct move. Talented WR, but a complete nut job. And someone tell that fuckhead his hair sucks ass.
They better not do it for a 3, the Giants are in a position of strength here, absolutely no positive side to just giving him up for nothing. The guy will still win football games almost single handidly when he is healthy, despite all the baggage
Mmm doubt he'll get more than a 3rd or LATE 2nd... it's a 1 year deal with a guy who will DEFINITELY go to free agency and the highest bidder if you don't give him a mega contract (Calvin Johnson-esque) which essentially sunk the Lions into mediocrity for the duration.
People WAY overvalue players and what it means for picks. If Beckham had a reasonable contract for another 3-4 years, now we're talking 1st round status.
First things first.. Daaam
Suh needs to sign. Then we can worry about what we have to give up to get Odell.
Hmm... okay? Gonna be real interesting if they sign Beckham and then the contracts of Goff, Gurley, Donald, and resigning of Beckham all hit... good luck managing that. Guess Talib can just get released next year.
Da fuq is this shit? TMZ?
"The Rams hypothetically could give the Giants their 23rd overall pick in this year’s first round, a later round pick and perhaps wide receiver/kick returner Tavon Austin, who has just one year at an $8 million cap hit remaining on his restructured deal. Austin, 28, is dynamic but didn’t see much action in McVay’s offense in 2017."
We already gave up our 2nd rounder this year and EJ Gaines for Sammy Watkins last year.. Now we gonna give up our 1st rounder this year for Odell?
