They should claim it because it brings attention to the program and helps their brand. If they can keep the momentum the Big 12 will have to take a look at adding them because the Florida market is too large to ignore and it the state is too rich with recruits.

Honestly as silly as college football is crowning champs thinking UCF is absurd is laughable.

But that's half the fun of it. Since I was a little kid, it was always fun to talk about what would happen if certain teams meet up. That's why the bowl games were so much fun. The playoffs are now all that matter for most fans and to know that it's limited to certain teams sucks.
