Yep. Both Notre Dame and Ohio States best chances for getting in are for chaos NOT to happen.
If that scenario were to play out I think ND gets in based on SOS and better losses. Ohio State could jump them with style points by winning the CCG in convincing fashion a la 2014

That ain't gonna happen unless you pull a Tonya Harding on Wisconsin's defense

Wisconsin's defense was ranked high in 2014 as well (#1 scoring defense IIRC). They also had a damn good running back. Ohio State played a near perfect game and it simply didn't matter. I will admit the likelihood of that happening. This Ohio State team is simply too erratic while Wisconsin has been pretty much the model for consistency. I expect it to be a good game, I was just stating Ohio State could help it chances at the expense of the Badgers again

Sort of how I look at it if Michigan beats Wisky. Our only chance would be to put an Iowa-style beating on OSU

Correct, and if the team that played Iowa does show up, Wisconsin will put a beating on them

Wisconsin better not lose to Michigan tho, fuck Michigan

There's a better chance of Wisconsin blowing out OSU than there is of Wisconsin winning close vs OSU

I think we will have
Miami 1 vs Georgia 4 in the sugar semi 1
Whisky 2 vs OU 3 in the Rose semi 2

Picking Miami, Wisky, OU and Georgia to win out. Sorry bama. I think yall have lots of injuries and auburn or Georgia will get ya.
Why would they make Miami play in the SECs home bowl?

#1 seed is placed closest to it's home venue to prevent it from playing in a "road" environmnt. If Miami is #1 they will not send them to the Rose on the west coast.

If it were 1 Bama, 4 TCU, and the semis were Cotton and Rose, they would not make Bama play in the Cotton. We have been over this since the beginning of the cfp.

CFP rated Clemson team #2 mainly because of the early win over Auburn. Well the Aurburn team that Clemson beat back then struggled to beat Mercer. Now they look like one of the best teams after destroying Georgia.

This is false. Alabama played Washington in Atlanta last year, they don't give a fuck about distance.

The committee also used the injury excuse for Clemson who has the worst loss of all top ten teams vs Cuse. What they failed to mention was Clemson was still losing that game with their starting QB in and their wasn't much of a drop of performance from the second stringer. They basically gave Clemson a pass for that game. Then they counted the Auburn win as a great win. Sure, Auburn looks like world beaters now but that same Auburn team then struggled vs Mercer after that one score win at home.

The Committee then said they weren't aware of any major injuries that Oklahoma had during the Iowa State. loss. I'm pretty sure they had three or four key players out for that game.
