I am. I got sick of those enhanced movements that I actually gave up on COD games. Those enhanced movements were such a turnoff

Agreed. I was big on Halo but hated everything after Halo 3 so i turned to COD. But after Black Ops 2 it was downhill again. Ghosts was ok, but I hated the online play. Everything after was garbage. Tried to get into Battlefield but I only thought it was ok.

Really looking forward to this game getting back to the basics that made it so popular in the first place.

Damn. I used to be, but moved to Xbox in highschool because that's what all my friends were playing. Never went back.

I think the campaign might be better than normal but the multiplayer looks dated and simple. Not sure about the whole divisions aspect actually making the game better. Just adding thematically but maybe taking away customization.

Destiny 2's multiplayer is getting dumbed down and unfortunately CoD looks almost retro

I never got used to those power slides, jet packs, and running on the sides of walls like a parkour master and my K/D ratio suffered because of it. So yes I'm looking forward to "boots on the ground".

It looks promising. I've been waiting for COD to finally get away from the futuristic bullshit. The guns should be more balanced although I'll hold off my opinion until I see the multiplayer maps. That will be the biggest factor for playability to me.

Makes or breaks it for me as well... Ghosts is a good example

Multiplayer maps look good. It's definitely not Ghosts as far as I can tell from streams and reviews.

The game looks almost stereotypically Call of Duty. Doesn't push the envelope but checks all of the boxes and gives people what they want.

I'm not big on online games primarily because I need to be able to pause games. The original Black Ops is really the only CoD I ever got into because it had offline split screen co-op with a rank-up and unlock system that mirrored online play.

If any of you guys get WWII, please let me know if the game includes similar mirrored offline capabilities.

Seconded... Game touts a co-op mode, but unclear as to whether it is co-op on the same console or networked/online.... Would like to play split screen co-op with my son on this one...

Is the campaign worth a damn? COD for quite some time now has put out easy as shit 5 hr campaigns and I've stopped giving them my money.
