They need an OT to replace Peters this year and potentially for the future.
Could always use another LB and/or CB.

It's no secret they need a LT or middle LB, and I also know they don't have that many draft picks for next year so I'm thinking they are using Jay as a center piece, or Blount...

So given Ajayi's injury history, is he enough value to get a solid LT? Those guys don't grow on trees

Little surprised Miami didnt demand one of Clement or Smallwood

Miami seems to be thin at RB now, and Philly seems to have one too many

They tanking already? Still have a shot at the division

Probably stuck right in the middle....They are a pretty awful team that happens to be 4-3 and the organization probably realizes it

To be honest I don't know about his injury history since I never watch the Dolphins nor follow them, I would rather watch paint dry

The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero reports the Dolphins are shopping Jarvis Landry ahead of the trade deadline.

Miami has already moved Jay Ajayi to the Eagles, and they could be looking to make another splash. With Landry in the final year of his deal and the Dolphins in no hurry to sign him to a big extension, a trade makes some sense, but it would further weaken an already terrible offense. Miami has until 4 PM ET today to work out a trade.

My fantasy team approves of this trade. Ajayi was a beast for me last season and this year he's fallen off of the Earth. A change of scenery, and going to a team with a legit passing threat, will hopefully bring him back from the dead.

On a side note, I'm not thrilled that the Eagles seem to have just got stronger since they are already the front runner to win the NFC.

That is a possibility. Regardless, he is a cheap option for this season and next season, so there would also be value in retaining him and/or using him as a trade chip then.

Blame Seattle. They traded for Brown. Eagles made the next move.

Well let's not get too excited yet, got two games vs Dallas still and they come here again this year to face your Hawks DK.... Lot of season left...

I think the quality OT market died with Joe Thomas and Duane Brown at this point. Could be wrong, but who the heck would be out there at this point?

Dallas minus Zeke should = Philly being favored even more than they are now. The judge upholding the suspension was a huge favor to your Eagles.

That Eagles - Hawks matchup in December could be potentially for first place and home field throughout the playoffs. That is shaping up to be a very important game for both our teams.

Yeah it's looking like it, plus the Eagles have the Rams out on the WC as well, (week after I believe)
