Hey, it's not for everyone...especially those who know jack shit about basketball outside of the highlight plays.

Some of these women are so fundamentally skilled. Parker, Diggins, Moore, Ogwimike, Stewart, Taurasi, Delle Donne, Bird and many more..

Men's Pro Ball would be 100 times better if they put in as much work to hone their craft. But, alas....they were blessed with more athletic ability.

I , for one, am very thankful for the WNBA.

My daughter's love it and it's a nice, fun, safe and inexpensive event that we can attend as a family frequently.

Thank goodness I'm not alone and viewership is on the rise....

Go Sparks!

Lynx-Sparks could be to the WNBA what Lakers-Celtics was for the NBA

I bet most of those women would DESTROY you on the court.

Plus, I'm pretty sure you don't get paid 150k for 3 months worth of summer work.

If they are a joke, some of them are laughing all the way to the bank.

* See Candace Parker, Delle Donne, Taurasi endorsement deals

Comets, Sparks was a pretty awesome rivalry.

Sparks, Seattle was pretty good too.

But, Sparks vs. Lynx is better than them all....

Comets vs Liberty tho. Liberty was my squad.

Sheryl Swoopes and Tina Thompson were the Jordan and Pippen.

I still remember that Theresa Witherspoon hail Mary 3 pointer in the Championship...lol

Don't forget Cynthia Cooper.

If Sheryl was Jordan, Coop was Kobe.

If only something like this was around when Cheryl Miller was in her prime.

She would have been Wilt...lol

So many good female players, past and present.

Nancy Lieberman, the Mcgee sisters, Ruthie Bolton, Dawn Staley.

It's sad.

Chamiqua Holdsclaw was one of the most skilled players I have ever seen .

Too bad she went cookoo crazy.

Yep, been to more than a handful of WNBA games and always enjoy it.

People don't realize how GOOD these women are. I once had to tell a group of mid-40's, out-of-shape, lunch-break pick-up basketball players, that, NO, we absolutely could NOT beat a team of WNBA players if they showed up right now.

It's hilarious...

These are not small women.

A ton are 6 feet and above.

What in the shit do they think is gonna happen when a 6'4 Parker, who has handles like a point guard, is going downhill toward them and has the ability to dunk?

Even the 5'9 Diggins would put foot to ass on your average male.

* waits for the inevitable Parker going down jokes due to my poor choice of phrasing*

Seriously. I couldn't believe that we were even having the conversation in the first place.

The league has been around since 1997 so must be doing something right. Never watched much of it but these girls do have skills so good for them.

Dude, those two squads have so many parallels with the Warriors vs. Cavs.

Super Team vs. Best Player.

I know Fowles won MVP.

But, like LeBron, Parker's size and skill set is unmatched.

Eliminating conferences for the purposes of playoff seating was the smartest move the WNBA has ever made.

No more shitty Finals will be the thing that helps them survive.

Not sure how much more the Lynx have left in them... they're getting older. Several are 34+ in age.

They have another year or two...lol

Augustus and her deliciousness is about done.

Whalen too.

I hate Pierson from that brawl with the Sparks and I'm glad shes gone.

But, Moore and Fowles are still Prime.
