Most players could be traded, it all depends on the cost.
ODB's antics and desire to be the HIGHEST PAID PLAYER, drops his value greatly. I don't think any team will pay fair price for him.

His drops at important points of games also drops his value.

Wow, I completely forgot they lost to the Giants in that great year Moss had. I guess that makes it a clean sweep. What Diva Ochocinco, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens type of WR won anything?

Keyshawn Johnson and Percy Harvin have Super Bowl rings.

Not sure if you'd characterize Michael Irvin as a diva but he was certainly a distraction at times.

I never thought of Irvin as a diva. Was Percy really that much of a diva? I don't remember him being like that but he wasn't someone I watched much. Good point on Keyshawn

Harvin was supposedly a pretty big diva, if memory serves me well. He was just never as good as any of the other guys mentioned.

If they are going to strip it down and rebuild it, they might as well try and move him.
He's injury prone already, ( before the kicking net reached out and hit him)

Someone will be willing to give up picks for him, so why not!

Honestly they should probably think about it. They are missing a LOT on offense and by the time you can fix it you're going to need to pay him and probably won't be able able to afford him if you sign other guys to fix it . Trading him let's you add 3-5 pieces via trade and the draft and frees up a load of koney to add via free agency down the line . That said the Giants have a raid fan base and this would piss them off so bad you would really struggle to get them back in the fold

Most of these WRs should be traded.

I get paying WRs.... you got to have some DECENT ones out there, but the majority of salary on offense should go the line and QB, something which Seattle has completely fucked up by giving out large cash to their WRs and Graham, not to mention the defense.

Three rules in football.

1) Get a QB.
2) Protect the QB.
3) Get to the other QB.

A WR fits into jack shit of that plan. Sure it helps #1 a little bit, but outside of that whatever.

Even Seattle's 2013 O-Line was not bad. Okung was good (when healthy), Unger that year was an all pro Center, and Giac was a great RB RT which inadvertently protected the QB.

some truth to this. It is better to have three #2 WR's than a 1 and two 2s. The 2's won't be crying if you don't get them the ball, so you can actually just throw to the open guy.

Before you scoff and say no way, they can't trade their only good offensive player, consider this.

* The owner is mad at him.
* The o-line is terrible
* They arguably have the worst RBs in the NFL
* Eli is old and has probably two years left

Add all that up and the Giants aren't winning anything anytime soon. Without Odell Beckham, the Giants are probably a 3-13 team.

If they can trade him for picks, and get a high pick themselves, they would be in position to possibly get one of the top QBs in this draft. Could be similar to what happened with Big Bro when the Colts tanked to get Andrew Luck.

Giants co-owner 'very unhappy' with Beckham's TD celebration

Meh, it looks like they are gonna tank this season anyway, might end up with the top 3 pick, can replace him then and keep Beckham.

Makes no sense. He's the only thing keeping the team's offense moving. If the Giants keep losing, expect them to be in the mix for one of the signature QB's expected to come out in the draft.

The Giants will likely finish with a better record than the Eagles. Eagles players are dropping like flies and you know what that means.

They are NOT a non corpse at QB away from winning. Anyone who says that hasn't seen their offense this year. Their line is terrible and their running backs are Paul Perkins and Orleans Darkwa. Brandon Marshall looks slow as fuck. They basically have ODB and Sterling Sheppard, that is it. Without ODB they would be 3-13.
It's an awful football team.

id trade him straight up for Jimmy

Would the Pats?

Its the one place/team that would really believe they could tone down his act and harness his greatness
God I hope not.

Anythings possible but I doubt they get market value for a guy that shit the bed in the playoffs, after taking his teammates on an out of state boat trip before the game, had a meltdown on the field against the Panthers and is on record saying he doesn't care that he got a 15 yards penalty last week, he's going to do what he's going to do.
He's a great talent but diva WR's are rarely on championship teams. Moss won one with the Pats who had Brady and ole Hoodie to keep him in line but the Owens' and Ochocinco's of the world don't seem to win the big one

Maybe it's been pointed out here already, but Moss never won a title in his career. He came extremely close as a major piece with the Vikings in 1998 and the Pats in 2007, and as a footnote in the 2012 season with the 49'ers, but he never actually won one. For what it's worth, I wouldn't consider the Pats Superbowl loss or '98 Vikings NFC Championship loss his fault, he just got pretty unlucky in both circumstances.

Yeah you may want to check on that. I've heard Wikipedia is a great place for information.
