This Trojans team is not good at fourth down conversions this year.

If we could have converted a decent percentage of our go-for-its so far this year, we wouldn't have had a close game yet. It killed us against WMU, it killed us against Texas, and it's killing us again today

At what failure point do you then elect to go for the FG try and whatever miss chance you have over the constant failure of going for it?

Honestly most SC fans are rational most of the time from what I've experienced up here. We are all guilty of homerism at times. Probably not easy for them to be down to Cal with all the expectations on them this year.

True. The most rational is TJ12. Straight real talk, no chaser with him. He calls it how he sees it, like most.

SC's defense still looks powerful at times, just haven't been consistent with it. They did get better before half and seem a bit sharper this half thus far.

That under is looking better and better.

I'd still give SC at least a 65% chance to win this game. I don't trust Cal to keep their mistakes down enough and take advantage enough of SC's to pull off the upset.

That's where Jones injury hurts. He's the power runner with burst. Carr needs a hole opened for him. Or to get the ball in space. To be at his most effective.

I think alot of the knock on darnold should be his receivers. Burnett is decent But other than him mostly its breaking in freshmen. Jalen green is a former qb. Through all the games really drops have killed them. But they really dont have any game breakers to this point.
