You can't go to the head against QB's anymore. Not incidental, not after the play, not ever. I don't agree with it, but that's the way they are calling it now. The FSU QB was not hit to the head, he was driven to the ground.

I didn't think the FSU QB was a targeting, I'm just saying it was actually vicious while the other hit wasn't at all. There is no reason why common sense shouldn't factor in.
