I was being a smart ass, pretty much is always Louisiana when you boil it down to per capita.
What I took from this is lol at New York. 19 players in a state with that kind of population?
RUTGERS might be the single most underachieving program in all of football relative to local talent,
New Jersey produces the hell out of talent with only ONE FBS school in the entire state.
Plus, Two of its border states don't even have a big state football school in DE and NY to steal cross-border talent.
In CA, FL, and TX you have double digit FBS programs fighting for the same recruits, plus other states next door that have good programs like OK, GA, AL, LSU, ARK, OR, AZ.
In before the 4d20 vs TrustMe slap fight
There is nothing to fight about. The Bama fans quieted down after one posted Saban had "only" signed 15 five star recruits from the state of Alabama in the last 10 years. When I pointed out the state of Michigan had one five star recruit in the last 10 years or 2 if you want to include incoming freshman.
The caliber of high school players from Michigan and Alabama are on completely different levels.
I did notice the state of Alabama has a down year in terms of elite high school talent for 2018. I think I saw they only have 1 top 100 recruit. Going out on a limb and saying the streak of #1 recruiting classes will come to an end.

Oh, you're still blaming a lack of talent in Michigan despite all these rankings in addition to Michigan having more players drafted this past year than all other teams - including Alabama?
Not surprised.
We won't have a #1 class this year because we don't have the spots available, not because of the talent level in Alabama.
But also no surprise you would try to take something like that and spin the reason why to suite yourself.
For the record, since you seem to be mad about math, 15 over 10 years = about 1.5 a year. The same as what you saw this year.
But that still won't stop you.
Did you just say Alabama doesn't have the spots available? Has that ever stopped them before? Or is that the excuse you are going to use when I'm right?
LAX broWhat I took from this is lol at New York. 19 players in a state with that kind of population?
Its a hockey state. What I don't get is how Nebraska produces so few players. That was surprising imoLAX bro
Is there any limit to the shit you will take credit for?
