"The fundamental issue in our case is that the NCAA by-laws cover athletics matters, not how academics are managed,"
As if there is no such thing as the NCAA APR. uNC-asterisk must think they exist under different rules than everyone else.
Correct me if I am wrong but don't you have to meet NCAA academic criteria to actually play a sport?
You don't think 20 years of academic fraud is death penalty worthy?
Did I say that?
No, that's why I'm asking the question.
You don't think 20 years of academic fraud is death penalty worthy?
He just doesn't like hearing Duke and UNC* mentioned in the same sentence
This shit is death penalty worthy.
But if you're a Duke/UNC/Kentucky, you don't have to worry about that. You're too big to fail apparently.
Yes, yes it is... You can add any "quality school" and they (NCAA) won't let them fail
UConn would've lost women's basketball too if they pulled this shit.
UNC isn't gonna even miss one post season.
Men's program perhaps but certainly not the women's (like you mentioned)..
This is nothing for UNC... It makes the headlines then swept under the rug
That's my point.
It wouldn't be swept under the rug for programs that aren't Duke/UNC/Kentucky maybe UCLA and Kansas. Everyone else would get the death penalty.
This shit is death penalty worthy.
