Hate to say it but he has slowed down dramatically in the last 2 years. He may not have much left. He would probably only be used on short yardage.

I am sure Martin can take a knee as well as Washington while not affecting his punt return duties. Personally I am hoping someone else steps up and pushes out both of them.
